How to create a load in MYSTC

1. Log into MYSTC.
2. On the left-hand side, click "Loads.”
3. Then proceed to click "Active Loads.”
4. Click the "Add New” button at the top of the page.
5. Alternatively, you can click the plus sign at the top of the blue tab bar to create a new load.
6. Select "Single” or "Multiple” for the load type.
7. In the load form, fill out all fields marked with a red asterisk (*), as these are required.
8. Please note, if this is your first time creating a load, the dropdown list options may not be available, as MYSTC has not yet populated the data in customer management.
9. After completing the required fields, click "Save.”
10. To view your newly created load, go back to "Active Loads,” and it will appear at the top of the list.
