- Log in to MYSTC.
- On the left-hand side, click "Active Loads.”
- Click the "Add New” button at the top of the page.
- Alternatively, click the plus sign at the top of the blue tab bar to create a new load.
- Choose either “Single” or “Multiple” for the load type.
- At the top of the load form, select “Equipment Move.”
- Fill out all required fields marked with a red asterisk (*).
- Once completed, click "Save.”
- To view the equipment, move, click "Active Loads”, and it will appear at the top of the list with EM in front of the load number.
Important Notes:
- Equipment moves and active loads are assigned different load numbers to keep them separate.
Extra Reminders:
- Equipment moves represent “deadhead miles” (miles driven without freight).
- To ensure MYSTC accurately tracks truck movements, you must log every truck movement.
For example, if the load pickup is in Texas but the driver is deadheading from Tennessee, you must create an equipment move for the truck’s deadheading journey to Texas for the data to remain accurate in MYSTC
