You have two options to create an invoice:
- The “Form” Tab:
- Go into the "load form"
- Click the blue “Form" tab
- Scroll to the bottom and click the Green "Create Invoice" button
2. The "Load Accounts" Tab:
1. Click the teal "Load Accounts" tab
2. Open the "Revenue" drop-down menu
3. Click the Green "Create Invoice" button
The invoice will generate as a PDF pop-up.
Viewing and Managing Invoices
- You can also find the invoice in the "Documents tab" on the load.
- To manage an invoice:
- Select the "checkbox" next to the invoice.
- Click the Green "Actions" button on the right.
- Choose from the available options: Download, View, Fax, or Email the invoice directly from MYSTC.
