- Log in to MYSTC.
- Navigate to the left-hand menu and select "Accounting", then click on "QuickBooks."
- Choose "QuickBooks Desktop."
4. Locate the "Download QuickBooks Desktop Connector (1.0.0.59)" option in the middle of the page and click on it.
5. The QuickBooks Desktop Connector folder will be downloaded to your system.
6. Once the download is complete, open the file to proceed with the installation.
7. Open the folder and right click on the “QuickBooks Desktop Connector. Zip” file and then select “Extract All” from the option menu.
8. On the Extract Compressed Folder please check the “Show Extracted Files when Completed”. Check the box and then click on the “Extract” button.
9. Once everything has been extracted, open the “QuickBooks Desktop Connector” folder.
10. Proceed to open the “QBFC15” folder next and double click on the “QBFC15_0Installer_x86.exe” file. Once completed the QBFC15 Installer follow the on- screen instructions that were given.
11. Next click on the “Install” button to install the QBFC15.
12. Once the QBFC15 is installed, navigate to back to “QuickBooks Desktop Connector” folder and double click on the “MYSTC.QuickBooksConnector.msi” folder.
13. If you get the Windows Protected on your PC, please click on the more info and click “Run” anyway.
14. Follow the on-screen instructions for “MYSTC QuickBooks Connector Setup.”
15. Once completed click “Close” button to complete the Desktop Connector installation process.
