1. Log into MYSTC.
2. Navigate to "Setup" on the left-hand side.
3. Click on "Account" under the Setup menu.
4. Scroll to the middle of the page until you find "Shipper Custom Fields," "Consignee Custom Fields," and "Freight Custom Fields."
5. In the field name section, enter the custom name you want to add to the load form.

- Repeat this step for each additional custom field you want to create for Shipper, Consignee, and Freight
6. Complete the required details for each new custom field.
7. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page once all fields are added.
