Changing a Driver’s Status from Inactive to Active in MYSTC

1. Log into MYSTC.
2. On the left-hand menu, go to Setup.
3. Select Users and Permissions.
4. Find the status icon next to the Actions icon.
5. Click the tab under Active, then select Inactive to view inactive drivers.

6. Locate the driver you want to reactivate and click their name.

7. Click the pencil icon under Actions to edit their profile.

8. In the Access and Permissions section, find the Status button.

9. Change the status to Active.

10. Scroll down and click Save to apply the changes.
