How to Pin Notes on the Load Form

1. Log into MYSTC.
2. Click “Active Loads” on the left-hand side.
3. Select the load of your choice.
4. Scroll down to the “Load From” section under the “Shipper”.
5. Locate the pencil icon on the far right

6. Click the pencil icon to add location notes for the load.

7. Once finished, click “Save & Pin” to confirm.
