Troubleshooting: Invoices Not Transferring to QuickBooks
- Log into the Connector - Begin by logging into the QuickBooks Connector.
- Check for Updates - Verify if there is a software update available for the connector and install it if needed.
- Restart Your Computer - Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches—try restarting your computer.
- Review Connector Logs - Click the Logs button in the connector to review any error messages. These can help identify the nature of the issue.
- Transfer Invoices Individually - Attempt to transfer invoices one at a time to isolate the problematic invoice.
- Check for Duplicate Company Names - Once the problematic invoice is identified, verify that there are no duplicate company names in the system.
- Verify Company Name Consistency - Ensure the company names match exactly in both MYSTC and QuickBooks—any discrepancies can cause transfer failures.
