If you're not seeing any data in the Fuel Transaction Report, or you encounter an "internal error," please try the following steps:
- Adjust the Date Range If you see an error message that says “internal error,” try selecting a shorter date range at the top of the report. A smaller time frame often helps reduce the load and may resolve the issue.
- Test a One-Week Range Start with a one-week date range to check if fuel data appears. This is a good baseline to confirm if the report is functioning correctly.
- Report Timeout Large amounts of data can cause the report to time out before the information is displayed. Narrowing the range helps prevent this timeout.
