If you're not seeing the revenue you expect, it's likely due to report settings or filters not being configured correctly. Follow these steps to review and adjust:
- Log in to MYSTC.
- In the left-hand menu, click “Reports.”
- Under the “Revenue” section, select “Revenue Reports.”
- Ensure the correct report type is selected.
- Confirm that the date range is accurate.
- Click on “Report Options.”
- Try selecting a different date to pull from.
- Make sure all relevant statuses are selected.
