Hello MYSTC Users!
There were some recent updates pushed to production, 10/30/25. If you experience any issues with MYSTC, please try Ctrl + F5 for a hard reset.
Enhancements
- EDI - load changes - add cancel option (Joy, thanks for bringing this to our attention! We hope it helps.)
- Fuel Transaction Report - optimize the loading of data (Jay, we hope this helps with your large amount of fuel data.)
- Active Load Screen - optimize the code/load time (Diana, we hope you notice a difference with the loading of your data.)
- Invoice creation - better error message (Casey, we previously increased the character limits. But now if the error happens again, on a larger scale, the error message will give a more detailed explanation.)
Feature Focus:
- MYSTC Freight Exchange – To access this feature in its current beta state, go to Loads> Load Planner. We did a soft push of this feature at conference. Please let us know what you think. We'll be adding Best Brokers between now and the new year, preparing for full launch in the first quarter.
- Equipment Maintenance – Please reach out to Rosie Payne, if you’d like the beta version of this feature turned on for you. There is no additional charge currently.
Bug fixes
- Agent Earnings are not generated according to the percentage pay setup. (Loni, are you ready to revisit this feature?)
- Miles Calculator - sometimes not providing city, state, zip dropdown
- 2 Factor Authentication - wrong email format and wrong error message
- D&E Tab - Continuous loading spinner appears on "D&E" tab when updating final odometer for a settled load
- Carrier Settlement - Tab Rendering Not Saved in Edit Draft for Carrier Settlement
