Hello MYSTC Users!
There were some recent updates pushed to production, 12.11.25. If you experience any issues with MYSTC, please try Ctrl + F5 for a hard reset.
Enhancements
- Freight Exchange – updates and enhancements – Please check out this new feature and give us your feedback. It can be found on the load planner at the bottom of the dashboard or via the menu under loads.
- Quick Load Entry – updates to identify and populate more data – If you haven’t tried this feature, please consider doing so. Simply hover over the “+” in the blue task bar and choose Quick Load. You can upload or drag and drop a rate con from your customer to help with the data entry of the load. Please, let us know what you think of the feature.
- Fuel Tax Report - full fuel report for fuel tax audit purposes (Ted, thank you for the recommendation! I’m sure it will be helpful to others, as well.) Go to Reports> Fuel> Fuel Tax> Fuel Transaction Detail
- Carrier Management - allows you to open carrier packet within the carrier profile (Lori, thanks for pointing out this oversight! We appreciate your input!)
- Paid Status - allow users to apply multiple payments at once (JT thanks for the suggestion! We hope it is helpful to many.)
Bug fixes
- Equipment Maintenance – miscellaneous updates and fixes – If you haven’t tried this feature, we recommend that you consider giving it a try. Reach out to Rosie or Brittany at 800.331.2802, if it isn’t turned on for your account.
- Desktop connector
- The error logs are not generated in cases where the user exports the vendor settlement, and the same name already exists as a customer or employee
- The newly created settlement does not display on the Vendor Settlement screen
- Dashboard - graphs/reports - weekly vs. daily yield different totals for broker/carrier accounts
- Driver settlement
- Unable to add manual entry for the Advances tab
- selected deductions not saving with draft (Lori, we appreciate your insight!)
- Miles Calculator - Unable to close the fuel stop pop-up
- Load Form
- Updating the item selection in the revenue section does not update the description
- load creation spinning wheel
- Multi-Invoice - Updating revenue items on the load after creating a multi-invoice do not reflect on the recreated multi-invoice
- Duplicate load numbers (Loni, thanks for your feedback. More validations have now been put in place.)
- Quick Loads - error while uploading rate confirmation with time added for the scheduled pickup and delivery dates (Evin, your feedback was helpful. Thanks!)
