Hello MYSTC Users!
There were some recent updates pushed to production, 1.8.26. If you experience any issues with MYSTC, please try Ctrl + F5 for a hard reset.
Enhancements
- Equipment Maintenance – miscellaneous updates and fixes – If you haven’t tried this feature, we recommend that you consider giving it a try. Reach out to Rosie or Brittany at 800.331.2802, if it isn’t turned on for your account.
- Freight Exchange (previously broker load board) – misc. updates – We recommend that you check out this feature, as well. It is available to everyone via the Load Planner. If you have questions or feedback, please let us know.
- Form Template - Created a form template for the multi-invoice (Thank you, Brenda, for your input! We appreciate your feedback!)
- Activity Feed – Activities have been added to the activity feed and even more to the activity feed report
- LTL - hide completed loads from the ML list
- Multi-invoice - alert when invoice has no revenue (“Thank you, Casey! We’re grateful for your feedback.)
- Better BOL number validation (Your feedback matters, Loni. Thanks for helping us make this better!)
- Duplicate load – there is now a confirmation popup - "Are you sure you want to duplicate this load?"
- Setup - Users & Equipment - Status filters made uniform with other setup screens
- Fuel Tax Report
- Round up to nearest whole number (Thank you, Lee! Your feedback helped shape this update.)

Useful Tools
- Speed Test: If things are running sluggish and you’re not sure if it’s your internet, there is a handy Speed Test found under the Setup menu. Hovering over the words, Speed Test indicates the minimums required for MYSTC.
- Glossary of Terms: If you’re new to trucking and/or new to MYSTC the glossary of terms can be helpful. It’s also found under the Setup menu.
Bug fixes
- Load Planner - Header Icons Missing and Zoom Not Applied to Entire Screen
- Invoice Email - some inconsistencies (Tina, thanks for the feedback! We appreciate you helping us make MYSTC better!)
- Active load screen
- Memorized screen - format was not saving (Thank you, Norm! Your feedback helped shape this update.
- Could not merge LTLs (Thanks for taking the time to share feedback, Wilma! We’re always listening.)
- Account Setup - Rate Confirmation - data being removed with production pushes (Thanks, Loni! Your input directly influenced this improvement.)
- Item management - updated name was not showing in lessor pay setup nor lessor settlement (Thanks, Micah! Your input directly influenced this improvement.)
- Dashboard
- The last location of trucks was not displaying
- Full Screen Button Is Not Working In "Last Location of trucks" Section
- On the Fuel Usage report, when the user clicked on the “Select Truck” dropdown, the truck list was not displayed.
