What to Do if a Driver’s Load Doesn’t Appear on Their Settlement
- Check for Earnings:
Verify if there are any earnings associated with the load.
- Confirm Driver Pay Setup:
Ensure the driver’s pay is properly configured.
Navigate to: Setup → Users and Permissions → Driver Profile → Driver Pay Setup.
- Assign the Route to the Driver:
Make sure the route is assigned to the driver.
To do this:
- Go into the Load Form
- Select Driver and Equipment
- Click the green Assign Route button.
