You may find yourself unable to change a drivers pay rate in "Driver Settlements", one reason could be an item (Extra Drop, Flat Rate, Detention, etc.) is set to be the same for all drivers. When this setting is enabled, individual driver rates can't be modified. Please see below instructions on how to resolve this.
1.) Log in to your MYSTC Account.
2.) Navigate to "Setup" from the left-hand menu.
3.) From the dropdown, select "Billing".
4.) Under "Item Management", locate the item you want to edit.
5.) Click the Edit button (pencil icon) next to the item.
6.) Find the option "Is Rate Common for all Drivers".
7.) Change the selection to "No" and "Save".
